Cristiana Zamboni - Prayer of Love
Regular price £100.00 Save £-100.00Cristiana Zamboni is an Italian photographer and painter. She graduated from art school and continued her studies with a specialization in graphics and photography while studying to become an archaeologist.
Photography has always been an integral part of her creative journey, even in her pictorial work. She has a strong impressionist streak, and her photographs recall classical art. She seeks to excite through classic, reassuring, and refined beauty, while also highlighting challenging themes. This contrasts with her bold, limitless experimentation. She favors portraiture and is always searching for a style that identifies her and resonates with her. Curious and observant, she enjoys trying new techniques and experimenting.
"Each of my photos is born from research, a quote read in a book, or a chat with friends, but most likely it stems from a need to better understand human dynamics and their fragilities. This photo in particular stems from a need to understand how love, or rather, human relationships, are always a lifeline. We weren't born to be alone, and often loneliness becomes a real fear, so we cling to others. I believe that love, feelings, are something precious that must be protected. Treasured deeply and experienced intensely, just as if it were a prayer."
