Danielle Form is a multi-disciplinary artist working with photography, painting, video and sound. Known for monochrome grainy portraits and haunted urban landscapes she incorporates blur, glitch, and noise in her practice with other mediums. Her projects are the study of transformations that occur in identity. Deviations of consciousness, fragility of personal and collective memory, experience of immigration and the process of becoming something else are the main themes of her artistic practice.

"Ongemang is an Old English equivalent of “among”, “during” and literally “in the crowd or company of”. This work is part of the ongoing project studying liminal state of mind and changes in personal identities (such as deindividuation) occurring in crowd situations."
